ACT OF A PERSON OF UNSOUND MIND : According to section 22 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023, Nothing is an offence which is done by a person who, at the time of doing it, by the reason of unsoundness , is incapable to knowing the nature of the act.
Whether an act done by unsound mind person is offence or not ?
