ACT OF A INTOXICATED PERSON : According to section 23 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,2023, Nothing is an offence which is done by a person who, at the time of doing it, by the reason of intoxication, is incapable to knowing the nature of the act and also the thing intoxicated him was administered to him without his knowledge or against his will.
Whether an act done by intoxicated person is offence or not ?
